Hi It was me that emailed you about the missing lab from Midhurst. I had an email form the Chid & Lec hunt which read:- Issue Date: 6/1/2010 Title: FOUND BLACK LABRADOR, MIDHURST COMMON At 1500hrs today a male black labrador was found on Midhurst Common behind Carron Lane, Midhurst.  The dog was following other dog walkers and a gentleman collected him and bought him into Midhurst Police Station.  The dog has a silver chain on but there is no identity tag, he has no microchip.
(Serial:1336- 06/01/10) regards CarolelilyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sorry this is not the persons dog that I thought it might belong too they found their boy the day he went missing. I have spread the word about and will put  message posters around that this dog has been found as there are definitly no lost dog posters up around this area. Lets keep everthing crossed that his owner comes forward. Shame there is no photo of this boy to put on posters.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have been to the house that lost their dog no-one in so I then went to their neighbour who is not sure if they have or have not found their dog. I am at work down that way tomorrow so I have written out my name and telephone number to put through their letter box if not in again so will no by tomorrow evening if it could be their dog. They never put any posters out when they were looking for him so I assumed they had found him no poster in the vets either up to this week as I have been a regular visitor all over Christmas and the New Year with my cat. Will post again tomorrow evening with any update.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have left message with finder but it is a work answerphone and I don't know if they are open weekends.  In meantime if you could alert the person who has lost their dog perhaps the two of you could liaise?  Will report back if finder calls, if they don't post here first.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
