I was in email contact with Charlie's owner yesterday but sadly he has still not been found.  Please keep your eye out for this chap everyone.

I have sent Charlie's poster (and all missing Bristol dogs ) into Bristol dogs home, Bath Dogs Home, Holly Hedge animal rescue and Dogfriends rescue. Hope some calls or sightings come in soon.

Great rich - that shows the chest markings much better. Lovely boy. Hope he is home soon. Stay strong and keep going. As much publicity as you can. Hundreds, if not thousands of posters. Get his photo everywhere. Good luck x

Thanks Majorjet and Spindle for updating contact details.  I've emailed further advice and scenting instructions to owner.  Also for him to post updates and if advice needed on Charlie's page, let's hope this boy is found soon.

Sorry to see Charlie is missing.  I picked this dog's details up from our local gumtree and emailed owner to put him on DL as we are able to help and offer advice. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres?local council stray dogs holding kennel give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars..,
Get postering now?..as quickly and as many as you can physically manage. make sure you offer a reward on the posters.
POSTER POSTER POSTER!!!?I cannot emphasize how important this is, from the posters you will get sightings and lots of extra pairs of eyes looking out for your dog.
Poster bus stops, train stations, supermarket/retail park car parks, pet shops petrol stations,   basically anywhere people go you need to poster like mad so nobody misses them? ask in as many places as you can if they will display a poster for you.
Tell postman and binmen and give them a poster so they have your phone no handy? infact tell every single person you meet while searching as the more people know the much better chance of getting your dog back quickly.
Contact the local newspaper and radio stations? take out an advert with a photo in the papers pets section lost and found.   If you believe your dog has been stolen then it is very important you contact the police for a crime reference number?. And the postering publicity should have the aim of not only getting your dog home but making it too hot to handle.  Good Luck.
