A ship sails and I stand watching till it fades on the horizon and someone at my side says

Gone where? Gone from my sight, that is all. He is just as much there now as when I last saw him .His diminished size and total loss from my sight is in me, not in him.

And just at that moment, when someone at my side says he is gone, there are others who are watching him coming over their horizon and other voices take up a glad shout -There he comes!

That is what dying is.
A horizon, and just the limit of our sight.

Lift us up O Lord, that we may see further.

It is with sad regret to be moving Scruffy over to Rainbow Bridge.  Thanks Jen (K9searchuk) for the call to let us know that  Scruffy has been involved in a fatal RTA.  Deepest thoughts are with his owner at this sad time, run free at the Bridge and sweet dreams Scruffy.  Jan x

Photo now uploaded and details updated.  He was reported seen being picked by a man on 17th Jan on the corner of Kingsley Drive, Castle Bromwhich.  Fingers crossed he is found soon.  Good luck.  Jan x
