Thanks doglover for checking missing BC's.  This found one is on NPR and definately has a long coat and Dottie is reported as being smooth coated.  Jan x

I have just seen this found girl (i think the same dog ) on NPR under founds and thought of Dottie ? dog lost ID 21658, missing from cheshire, only difference being coat length between the two dogs ???

19.15 p.m.  Had a long chat with finder now who has done a great job trying to find her owner, they are going to contact the vet tomorrow, also try and get a photo and will update us.  They would like to rehome this BC if owner is not found and the procedure has been explained to them.  Jan x

Have emailed finder Jess' poster (ID 21539) who is missing in the Warrington area, if the found BC is long coated it will not be Jess.  Jan x

18.20 p.m.  Briefly spoken to finder but my mobile network kept dropping.  They have not got a photo of her, she walked into a relatives house and is currently in a local vet's.  Finder has not been able to contact the DW yet.  Jan x
