- Other Info Just got back from Northwich (40 miles away) and now delighted to say I have my dog back. He was found wandering near a main road and taken to the local vet hospital. They scanned him & got in touch to tell me the news. He has certainly grown as it's nearly 10 months since he was taken. He has a bit of itchy skin around his eyes and ears due to fleas so has been treated for that & worms. Other than that he seems in good health & doesn't seem afriad of people or dogs so hopefully

- Don't forget to get the info. to gun clubs, gun mags, pet shops, milk men, post men, shop owners, on the the local radio and news stations if possible. Also make sure you target vets further a field. We have dogs arrive at our practice from much further away, we also FIND (don't give up hope) dogs registered with us and lost, found hundred's of miles away. I have printed your picture and will take into work to go on the wall. Good luck and keep the pressure on. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Rang the number on the found Spaniel's page for more information, this found dog is an adult so cannot be the stolen puppy. Person I spoke to is going to try and find out where the found Cocker Spaniel has gone to. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Butcherboy, sorry to see he is missing, we will try and contact you a.s.a.p. Thanks for registering on DL and adding his details, we will do all we can to help you in your search. Great you have uploaded a photo, I've cropped it to bring him closer. You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible and MAKE HIM TOO HOT TO HANDLE, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering. Posters can be printed by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in). If not already you need to get a CRIME No. from the Police. Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo). Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone. Ensure the Chip Co are informed and report him stolen and check your details are up to date. Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering. You can leave a comment by selecting Add a comment just above Comments. Good luck and hope he is found soon. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
