Blimey, sounds like a typical sheltie though. Mine would play the same way with motorbikes given the chance. Really chuffed at the reunion.

she had been spooked in fields and bolted.....several calls next day at lunchtime to say she was "playing" with the traffic on a road and was eventually caught by a very relieved owner at about 3.30pm after fending for her self for 24hours in really really freezing conditions.glad to be reunited with her sheltie sister !!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I agree with the Sheltie Lady, we need another photo as this one looks to be a pup in the one on site and shelties do change quite a bit as they grow out of puppyhood. However it's a distinctive breed and any sheltie out there.needs coaxing in
Remember they're a shy breed and likely to hide from strangers and great survivors even living off turnips if needs be

I live about four miles away from burton latimer so will keep my eyes open for this little girl and tell everyone i meet on my doggie walks to do the same. If you need any help searching i am more than happy to help you. Stay safe diamond. xxx

met this owner this afternoon searching....my husband has just come back from the fields on his mountain bike looking but no sighting....will be looking again tomorrow but unfortunatly i have no printer so unable to poster.....i believe there was one sighting in finedon road so could be heading over fields to finedon area..Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
