Chuffed to bit is was him, WELL DONE Shereen you are a star.  After finding out this morning where he was taken to I did pass the contact number onto HQ as I was in work and unable to ring the kennels straight away.  Also rang Jumanji at lunchtime as had not heard any news and gave the number for the kennels.  Great to receive the text from Jumanji confirming he had been picked up and then another one to say it was Bobby, so alerted Shereen straight away with the good news. Thanks Jumanji for the text.  Owner must be over the moon to have their lovely boy back home, brilliant news that he has been chipped now as well.  Welcome home Bobby, hugs and kisses.  Jan x

Yeahhhhhhhhh ! It WAS Bobby ! His delighted owners just called and confirmed it was their Bobby at the kennels !! It seems he had been handed in on the day he went missing around 20 miles from home and was minus the tag he had been wearing. Bobby was due to be chipped when he had his next visit to the vets for vaccines but he has now been chipped by the kennels who do this as part of their package on reclaimed dogs. Well done indeed  to Shereen for spotting this match !!! Welcome home Bobby and stay safe from now on xxx Pam

I have contacted the kennels where the found dog had been taken to and they said the owner had been to collect him this morning. I have left a message on Bobby's owners phone asking him to contact me so we can confirm if this WAS Bobby ! Hopefully we will be able to move Bobby over to the blue ! x Pam

00.30 a.m.  Thanks Shereen for the text alert re this found dog, it does look a good match for Bobby.  I’ve emailed the animal warden on the found dogs page.  This can be followed up later today to find more info out on the found dog and owner alerted.  Fingers crossed it is him.  Jan x 244566
