I'm so pleased to hear that young Bracken is back home and seemingly none the worse for his mini adventure. It was good to hear that Bracken's Dad deployed the correct tactics and used the right body language (e.g. body low, no direct eye contact and gentle 'conversation') to entice this young lad back to him. Welcome home lovely Bracken... x

Bracken is home.  Hooray,  e mail from owner: "We now have a very tired and a little bit skinny Bracken back home, he arrived with a couple of scratches and quite muddy but otherwise well. My husband managed to follow his tracks yesterday from where we saw him yesterday and finally got close and crouched down low and called softly and was close enough for Bracken to smell him and then when he did recognise him did a little bounce of joy and licked his ear.  We are so happy and relieved to have him back and want to say a big thankyou Welcome home Bracken photo on its way for retunited.

Food left last night has gone so we are hoping its Bracken thats eaten it.  More being left and owner following advice, come on Bracken we need you home.

Bracken has been sighted near the barn where he used to live.  He ran off from Rose Ash and  has crossed to Ash Mill on the underlink Road. Given owner advice on sighting, he has been seen by friend of owner but too scared to approach. Please call mobile immediately if seen. Scenting instructions sent.

I'm on the northern edge of Exmoor (near coast) so not a million miles from where he went missing. If picture and a few details available can poster round here. Or help search if necessary.
