Can always bump up on a possible sighting. Sorry I missed this. I wonder if it was local to where she went from, or further away. It shows that the posters are working, so owner, you have done a grand job, so do keep the posters replaced, and looking in good condition. I'm really wanting this girl to get home. Just spoken to owner. They had a call last week to say a dog fitting Sasha's description was sighted about a mile from where she went missing but owners searched and could not find her.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Bee I have just been talking to Sashas owner and she would like you to email her as she would really appreciate your help. I have her permission to publish her email address it is Gowlergal@hotmail.com She is working tirelessly to find Sasha. At the owners request I have changed the breed to Whippet instead of Whippet cross as everyone says she looks like a full whippet.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sasha wasn't wearing a coat when she went missing. Her owner has been on the phone all morning ringing round the councils. Some were very helpful and others a complete waste of time. I have put her in touch with the owner of Gertie the Pug PE11 (now home) in the hope that she can help. Highways dept contacted and raillines have been checked.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Oh what a little honey - she does look like a full whippet to me, and I can see she would get described as that. Was this young lady wearing a coat at the time by any chance, only not mentioned on details, and most whippets would be, in this severe cold and wet weather. Would be easier to spot, but wondering if she is caught up? Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Ran off after Rabbits on an walk - owners have searched extensively, much loved family pet, although a cross could be classed as a full whippet by kennelsLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have just spoken to owner. They are doing all the right things. Posters have been put up, dog wardens, vets and kennels contacted and they have visited the local travellers site (who were very helpful). I will send posters and helpful docs. This owner had 2 Bedlington Terriers, Lady & Tramp, stolen 6 years ago that were never recovered.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
