18.00 p.m. Spoken to Debbie to the brilliant news he has been found.  Due to posters someone contacted them, he had been handed into the out of hours AW who is dropping him off to one happy family.  Well done to his family for getting the posters out quickly and to the finder and AW who do a brilliant service.  Have discussed with Debbie about getting the little tinker Chipped, Manchester Dog's Home and Cheshire Dog's Home only charge ?5.00 which is great.  Welcome home Sparky and over to the blue you go nice and quick wish all dogs on DL were this quick.  Lots of Hugs and kisses.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

17.45 p.m.  Debbie, sorry to see Sparky is missing, we will try and contact you a.s.a.p.   Thanks for registering his details, we will do all we can to help you in your search. Please can you upload a photo or email to admin@doglost (QUOTE ID 22200), any problems with a photo let us know.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible.  Posters can be printed once photo/s have been uploaded by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in).  How has he gone missing?  Contact DW’s, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.  Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW’s etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting   Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope he is  found soon.  Good luck.  Jan  xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Keep your safe during this years celebrations and fireworks, take your dogs for a walk well before parties and fireworks begin.

Draw curtains and play music to mask sound of fireworks.

Try not to leave your pets on their own during fireworks.

Create a safe and secure "bunker" in a familiar place at home.

Invest in some Adaptil or a thundershirt if your pet gets stressed easily.

Be aware fireworks are not only let off when it's dark...
