Email from owner I have posted posters along the canal footpaths, local supermarkets, newsagents, hairdressers, a large sign outside our house where she was taken/stolen/last seen, recruited fire brigade to dig a nearby rabbit warren, drainage company to put a camera down the rabbit warren and a mini digger chase the camera just in case. Contacted local vets and local and surrounding stray dogs home, and also taken leaflets to the local car boot sale.  We have been quite extensive but the trouble is because we believe she has been stolen unless they are greedy enough to bring her back we dont know what else to do.  Oh, I have also been live on local radio Ed Doolan Radio WM and done a live appeal.  I have also written to BBC The One Show today as I believe my dog being stolen is not a "one off" and although the police are not interested in stolen/missing dogs there is a "market" out there which certain levels of society earn money from and I want to broadcast to dog owners the need to secure your garden not only from your dog getting out but from undesirables getting in or leaning over your garden fence and taking your dog!
