So pleased that Theo is back with his loving family - what a worry though that there are snares in the woods - most dog would have panicked and really done some damage to themselves so big well done for Theo for being so brave Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have just got in from work and seen this fantastic news!!!  Am so pleased Theo is home.   Damned snares illegal or legal, they don't discriminate in what is caught in them.   The Wildlife Officer in the Police is the person that needs informing of this.   There wont be just one snare about either - there will be more of them - so owner does need to watch Theo.   Welcome back Theo xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Rang and spoke to owner who feels that Theo may have been "picked up" by a well meaning walker (as they do get lots in the area)  They have put posters up at the visitor centre and around the paths walkers would go. Local farmers and gamekeepers are also aware that he is missing. Will email contact details of dog wardens/kennels bordering the area . Hope this boy is back home soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
