tied to a car boot in the car park at near Bicester.
Stray Saluki
On 14 March a stray female fawn saluki with a brown leather collar was found tied to a car boot in the car park at near Bicester. All enquiries about this dog will be directed to Cherwell District Council Dog Warden.
