I know this is a very long shot....but I was looking on Alfie's Dogs site and there is a dog described as Mastiff cross who was found injured in London on New Years Eve, he was taken to Blue Cross to be treated, was found to be chipped, owners address in Yorkshire, but couldn't be contacted and apparently have moved and can not be traced. This dog looks like a full grown version of your pup, white with exact same eye patch. Possibly your pup was stolen and sold on.They are asking for people to contact them if the dog looks familiar or know any info on the dog! here is the link!
