Delighted this boy is home, but what a gaffe by the DW and kennels. Just shows it pays to physically visit your local kennels just to make sure they haven't got your dog. I agree what's point in doing the right thing and chipping them when they don't scan? Very naughty and a need to bring in new procedures in Medway.
Welcome home Alaska.

HE IS HOME!!! owner has had unnessesary worry as dog was picked up less than one minute from home by warden not long after went missing and taken to jasmil kennels. No one scanned the dog either the animal warden or kennels.so owners had to pay fees of ?65. Not only that the kennels had the dog listed as a GSD!! Any way alls well now and dog is home but i think powners may be making a slight complaint as what is the use of getting a dog chipped if no one scans the dog!!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

What a stunner. Stands out so much he's got to be noticed. The posters need to be blitzed round Riverside Country Park, Berengrave and Motney Hill, especially with the weekend here. There will be loads of walkers for mother's day
This is my dog walking patch and have printed off some posters.
