Thankyou so much to all who helped find Marley. She is so happy to be home now with Donna and James. To say they are over the moon is an understatement, they are so so thrilled. Special thanks to Jan (majorjet) for her perserverence in searching for this special little girl, and also for all the advice she gave us. You all do such a wonderful job. 19.50 p.m.  Thanks Coryn for taking the time to post an update, Ive not long got in from work and not had chance to contact owner, I will bring up the issues re the chip with Marley's family.  Great that you upload photo/s on your site as it makes such a difference when checking for matches and it also emphasises the importance of contacting the Chip Co to ensure details are up to date, which we always advise owners to do.  It is also so important that we receive photo/s as well.  It was a brilliant feeling this morning to receive your text to say you had Marley in the kennels. Thanks again to everyone who helped to make her owner and family very happy.  I will upload a reunited photo shortly. Hi everyone, well done Doglost :) Just to say Marley was found on Monday in Blackburn but the lady who found her wanted to keep her!! Luckily yesterday the DW told her she couldn't and brought her in to the kennels. Petlog were contacted re. the chip but we were told that it was a foreign chip, possibly Spanish and they would ring us back with details of the owner once lookexd into but they never did. Luckily I received the e-mail from Doglost with the owners details and managed to contact them this morning. The chip needs looking into to save any problems in future and a collar and disc in the meantime ;-) Coryn (RDR) xx

Bean needs a rescue space.
Jack Russell Terrier, female, approximately 12 months old. She is white with black markings and she is small in size. Bean is very friendly and quiet and she seems Ok with other dogs. She loves to be cuddled!

I've just logged in to say the same Jan, just received a text from Coryn to say Marley is in their kennels and she has spoken to Marley's owner. The chip works its magic for this little one today :) Great news to wake up to and looking forward to her officially going into the BLUE. xx

07.35 p.m.  BRILLIANT Coryn from RDR has also sent a text saying you have her and she has spoken to owner, this is what we like to see her family are over the moon, I've also had a missed call.  Will move her into the blue shortly.  Well done everyone great when the posters work and helpers cross check on other sites.  Jan x

00.20 a.m.  Various size posters emailed to family earlier tonight with further advice/info and contact numbers to ring. Over 350 Posters and details emailed out to Rescues, RSPCA's, Dog Training Clubs, Merseyside Pet Ambulance, DL helpers in area and surrounding NW areas, also Co-ordinator's Goldenfrodo and RileysMum.  If anyone is able to help with the postering and spread the word please let us know and posters can be emailed to you.  Thanks.  Fingers crossed Marley is reunited with her family soon.  Good luck.  Jan x

20.15 p.m.  Spoken to Helen1234 who has actually put the details on DL on behalf of her nephew who owns Marley.  Hopefully will be able to get photo/s from Marley's facebook page, which are of her whne she was younger, when Helen speaks her owner we can get more up to date ones.  Given advice on things to do and will email further advice/info a.s.a.p.  Jan

I see this lady has posted about Marley on one of my Spaniel forums:
"she’s very friendly. She went missing outside the spar shop on Eaves Lane, a 10/12 yr old lad was seen taking he away. Its my nephews dog. She is white with black markings, so cute and very much loved.

Helen1234, you seem to have had problems registering the details, I’ve updated this page and deleted the duplicated ones.  Mobile number also added, if you want a landline number on as well let us know.  Sorry to see Marley is missing, we will try and contact you a.s.a.p.  Thanks for registering her details, we will do all we can to help you in your search. Please upload a photo or email to admin@doglost.co.uk (QUOTE ID 22431).  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible.  Posters can be printed once photo/s have been added by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in). If he has been stolen ensure you report it to the Police and get a CRIME No. not just an Incident No.  You must make her TOO HOT TO HANDLE. Contact DW’s, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).   Great she is chipped, if not already contact the Chip Co and report him stolen/missing and check your details are up to date.  She may end up in kennels dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.  Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW’s etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting   Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope she is  found soon.  Good luck.  Jan  x
