Just had a phone call from Catrina with the great news that she has found Ralph in the woods where he went missing. He's quite a bit thinner but safe and well. Welcome home little boy, you stay close to your Mum now.  Barbara x

Phoned owner asking her to look at site. She did and said it wasnt Ralph.  Hope this boy is found soon. xx

He looks like the one on here but area is a long way off. lost and found date is 20th march. http://online.carmarthenshire.gov.uk/cccapps/english/straydogs/founddogs.asp collar looks similar too. worth checking out maybe.
