this lad was caught this afternoon by  using a fox trap in the garden where he slept last night baited with cooked chicken it worked a treat we are so very grateful to everyone who helped to look for him and rang with sightings it meant we were were able to have a very good idea about his patterns and range of area he was never going to be caught  in the normal way he was too nervy and was basically out of his head with fear. the good news is that he is in a secure kennel tonight with pain relief for his sore paws and he has a bed to sleep in for the first time in 7 days and already he seems to be greatly relieved to be caught thanks to everyone involved and thanks to the people who run the dog lost site very grateful Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hello, I walk along the river in south hylton everyday with my dog, I will watch out for him.  Is he dog friendly and would he come to me if I called him ? Which part of south hylton did he go missing from as I also live in the area ?  good luck.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
