I am so sorry to hear your baby is missing. POSTER, POSTER, POSTER. That works the very best and get them up as quickly as possible. Also contact the vets in your area. In case someone takes her in. Good luck with your search. Sending lots of positive energy and saying prayers for a speedy return. Stay safe little one.

Dear Doglost,
 
My dog has been missing since midday today (24th March), naturally my family and I are very worried and do not know what to do. So far we have looked for her, informed the police and will call the dog warden tomorrow.
 
she answers to the name 'Iyla' (pronounced 'eye - lah')
standard sized Daschund,
long haired 
black and tan colouring. - black body with tan paws, chest, muzzle and under tail.
wears a red dog colour, no tag.
 
she is five years old, and has an extremely good nature.
 
she has been known to go missing from the house, although she always returns within 20 mins. She has now been missing around 6 - 7 hours.
 
Please find attached a photo of her.
 
We  live on Warren Road area of Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire.
