Well, I’m so pleased that I made the phone call in the first place - but credit must be given where it’s due - BonBon ( Carole ) - emailed me to begin with recognising that this was a ’missing’ in my neck of the woods!! LoveCamiMum-Anne xx  :))Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Email received from one very happy owner: Dear All So very very delighted to tell you that we have just found Stout. We went back up to the yard and after walking all the fields and woods again we decided to have one more look in the barn that he went missing. We had already looked there several times. Being quieter at night - the cows opposite asleep, we could hear a very faint whimpering. Stout had run up a large mound of silage and then fallen behind and become encased between several large hay bales at the back of the barn. What a great relief to find him, he was quite thirsty.   Thank you all so very much for your kindness and very prompt response. Please could you post that he is found on the site.   A donation to all your great work will follow.   Very best regards   Anne and Stout xx   Ps. Anne it was your comment about the dog at Growers that made me go back again!  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Annesree details updated and I've emailed the poster to yourself, his owner and also Co-ordinator Shereen, any problems with it let us know.  Owner has been trying to post a comment but they are coming out blank, I've advised in the email to try using Internet Explorer if not already or email posts and they can be copied onto the page.  Fingers crossed we see the lovely Stout in the blue soon.  good luck.  Jan x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Jan, that would be great. I would like to get some up tomorrow morning asap. I know the owner quite well and was shocked to learn that it was her dog. Her other dog is Cami’s brother! Cami was taken in May 2007 if you remember. The other two from West Woodhay are not more than a mile away. Fingers are tightly crossed for Stout. xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

This poster ends up going on to 2 pages - any way to get it onto one before I print it off? This is very local to me - I'll call the owner.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have spoken to Stouts owner and he went missing from  stableyard, after a few minutes of being there, which is totally out of character for him,he knows the area very well and has never done this before.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
