Clever Riley made his way back to the kennels in Birdlip in the middle of the night. Oiga is having problems getting on here, to update. Thanks Judysmum, always a huge help to us in Glos area. Welcome home RileyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

any more sightings?  We had a walk around the school surrounds yesterday afternoon but didn't see anything.  Will have another look around the village again later.    Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Great news, Riley came back to the private kennels where he is staying. his brother barked which alerted the household and they lured him into a kennel with fresh chicken breast, then swung the door shut behind him with a long rope attached to the porch where the keeper was hiding. Thanks very much for all the advice, their keeper is very relived to have all 3 dogs now safetly back for when their owner returns to collect them !  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Riley was spotted again this am on 31.3.10 at 08.40 in Birdlip main street as children were going up to school in cars. He is also familiar wit the Abbeydale and Upton St Leonards area of Gloucester. He would possibly approach a person if invited and offered food but is running if approached.    Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I am not sure if this is the correct photo, it was on another dog's page but as the name did not tally I have now put it on here. Please let us know by email to admin@doglost.co.uk if it is not him. I hope there is good news soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Riley escaped from kennels and was last seen running along the  Slad road towards Stroud at lunchtime today. He does not know the area and is a very nervous boy, please do not approach, just call the contact number. The person he was staying with[as owners are overseas] does not have internet access , so a lovely local lady is helping him with the search, Ive emailed her advice . DW have been notified. I dont think a picture will be available atm of Riley, but he is wearing a harness, and should be quite distinctive if spotted. He actually lives at an adress in Gloucester, so neighbours both sides are going to be made aware, if he tries to make his way home.Ive suggested they call all local farmers, keepers and the local hunt.. Stay safe boy till we find you xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
