- I just saw a dog matching this description, the same grey muzzle, in Darlington DL1. Looks similar to the photo, altho his coat was looking quite thick and grubby, suggesting he had been on streets awhile. He was wearing what looked like a studded black collar. I tried to call him to me and he did at first wag his tail and walk toward me, but then got wary and decided to walk away from me. I couldnt catch him and my first port of call was to look in dog lost. I know its not the same area as he was lost in, but judging by the date, he could have wandered this far! Might be worth checking the local dog wardens and shelters of this area incase they pick him up and it was him ?

- Hi there, this really is a long shot but the found black lab male on site is called Jed (his chip details weren't up to date and all attempts of finding his owners have gone nowhere) but in the photo he looks a lot younger than your Jed. Just thought i would let you know anyway i'm sure it may just be coincidence but he was dumped outside RSPCA in Burton. Natalie
