- Hi, I’m sorry to hear the dogs are missing again. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. Please email admin@doglost.co.uk with a photo of your dog quoting the dog’s Doglost ID number, or upload a photo yourself on “update details” above. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, e.g.sightings, re-united etc. by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. You can only print posters when you are signed in. Start postering now! I CANNOT EMPHASISE HOW VERY IMPORTANT THIS IS. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days if it has no identification (microchip or ID disk attached), so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description. Last edited: 2010-06-29 08:43:46 by Sable - Regional Co-ordinator - Scotland

- These two are now home :o) Owners heard that two spaniels had been taken in by a local stable. The owners of the stable were away when they called over the weekend but when they went to the stables they were reunited. Well fed and cared for by the stables who had had them for a week but not made contact regarding the fact that they were there. Welcome home lads- stay safe now xxx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Not many details but two liver & white springer boys, who looked like brothers, had been dumped at the entrance of a farm road. Both dogs were very thin and wary of people. Dog warden was coming to try to catch them .Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
