- hi we have just picked a small older border or bordercross up in keighley west yorkshire the vet has scanned and he is chipped and is registered in keighley and called bo but the owners are reportedly not at this adress this dog is,t nuetured so could this be an error but he,s wearing a black studded collar he is more jr size but we thought it was a little coincidental ! we have phoned the number but no answer as yet
