Family member who registered Eddie has not long contacted me, spoken on the phone now. Brilliant news Eddie is HOME, ex paper girl of his owner went out searching for him earlier tonight and seen him being walked on a nearby housing estate!!! The person handed him over to the paper girl. Eddie's collar had been replaced with a new one. Have discussed getting him neutered and places to take him. Family would like to pass on their thanks to DL. So pleased he has now been found, well done and THANK YOU to the paper girl. Welcome home Eddie lots of hugs and kisses. Jan x

Spoken to family member who registered Eddie on DL. Eddie is their parent's dog, he was being walked and seen another dog, which Eddie tried to go to and owner lost grip of his lead. Have given family advice on things to do but will also email further info/advice and local number to try. Family have been to Halewood and looked at the found Boxer, they have contacted the right people but not the Chip Co yet which they are now going to. Fingers crossed Eddie has been picked up and once the posters are circulated family will get the call they are waiting for. Jan x

Checked with Halewood RSPCA while speaking to them about other NW dogs, they do have a Boxer in the kennels picked up in Liverpool, but looks like Eddie's family have seen him will double check when contact is made with owner. Jan x
