- Thank you to everyone for all their help, scribble was finally captured this morning very near the racecourse by a very helpful gamekeeper and most of the racecourse groundstaff. She is now on her way back to Newmarket with Bex. All the support and advice has been much appreciated, thank you all.

Bex is just so so happy as is Scribble. I shall keep in touch on this site and if you need me please feel free to contact me. I shall now have a happy Bank Holiday.

- Morning Helen. I can't contact Bex as I don't have a phone number, but if you can get in touch with her and tell her that I am willing to perhaps meet with her and discuss what I can do over the next three days with regard to food, etc. or any help then I am more than willing. It only takes me five minutes to drive to that area. I did do quite a long walk the other day but didn't site Scribble. Unfortunately because of back problem can't walk very far or for too long. Look forward to hearing back from either Becks or yourself. Annie x

- Hi Annie, yes Scribble was seen yesterday a couple of times at the last sighting (Gt. Ryburgh). Bex lives about an hour and half drive away but has been up to Fakenham every day since Scribble went missing. It is unlikely that she will come to you or your dog, Bex had her parent's dog with her yesterday and Scribble wouldn't come to her. We are now thinking about having to trap her. P.S. I did give Bex your phone number maybe if you can offer help you could give her a call to see what the plan is today Helen x

- Is she very close to where she was yesterday, i.e. between the Racecourse and Gt Ryburgh. I will go and have another look tomorrow. Is she more likely to approach me if I take my JR cross or would it be better to go alone. Is Bex someone who lives close to me. If she wants she can phone me on the number I have given on one of my other postings (or on my profile). It does look hopeful now that Scribble will eventually be reunited. Did her owners see her at all today? x

- There has been a few sightings of Scribble today in the same area she was seen in yesterday. Bex couldn't get close enough to her as she kept running off. Bedding, food and water will be left again tonight in the same area as it was last night so hopefully she will stay close.

- There has been no sightings of Scribble today yet. The owner's are there with their parent's dog that Scribble knows very well. Hopefully she will show herself today. Kaladancer I have E-mailed you

- Thanks Annie. Dogs do return to where they went missing from so this could be the case. It may be worth setting up a feeding station on the race course where she went missing from as this is close to the sighting this morning. This would have to be monitored and food replaced morning and night. I shall contact Bex in the morning to see if they would be allowed to do this.

- Had a drive round the Ryburgh, Colkirk area, including where Scribble was seen this morning. Just a thought, but Scribble was so close to the Racecourse this morning. Could she be making her way back there?
- 2010-05-26 10:13 Helen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge
- Thank you to everyone who is helping to find Scribble. I have spoken to Bex this morning and giving advice on setting up a feeding station. It seems that Scribble is staying in the area so have suggested that she leaves bedding, food and water in the area that Scribble was last seen in, in a very quiet sheltered place. I have E-mailed scenting instuctions to Bex. Keep safe little one xxx

- I've been searching for Scribble with Bex. More good news at 7.30 this morning Bex had a call from a kind gentleman trying to catch her in a field near Great Ryeburgh - just off the Derham road towards Great Ryeburgh. Bex is on her way there now.

- Thank you Annie for keeping a look out for Scribble x. I know the owner's will greatly appreciate this as they don't know the area, although they have been there searching for her every day since she went missing. Keep safe Scribble until you are found xxx

- We were one of the last people to see Scribble on Sunday behind our house in the fields at Toftrees near the Racecourse. My husband helped to search. We are still keeping a daily look out for her when our own dog is walked. I too contacted the local vets (as well as dog wardens for the 4 local district councils) They have my phone number if she is brought in and I have the owners details too. We are keeping our fingers firmly crossed for poor little Scribble and her owners. x

- Have spoken to owner and Scribble has gone missing about an hour and half drive from home so she doesn't know the area. She has been sighted at the racecourse but is very nervous and is running scared. Dog warden's, police and local vets in the area have been notified. A photo will be with us very soon. I have discussed with the owner what to do if she sees Scribble -crouch low , no eye contact, make soft whimpering sounds etc. I will send contact numbers for vets and rescue centre in Norfolk. Stay safe little one until you are found xxx
