- Owner contactedand will be uploading picture asap or if unable will send on to admin.Lizzie escaped out by the cat flap into the garden and as they did not know she was gone she then got out of the garden. Chip company notified plus dog warden. Have advised to poster around once get picture on site- i would think that someone has picked up this little pup and not reported her to authorities.
