- i am distraught, my little dog ran off on her walk today, i know she made it back home and my neighbour tried to let her in our garden till i got home, but she got even more spooked and ran off again down the village. She is a very timid miniature long haired dachshund, her name is Kelpie, she is cream in colour and is a 4 year old spayed female, she was wearing a bright pink collar with i/d tag and she is indentichipped. She will not approach people she doesn't know. I have phoned the dog warden, phoned the identichip people, made up some posters with her picture on and phoned the local radio stations, i don't know what else to do?
