I had a ride over to Rushcliffe Country Park yesterday afternoon with three of my hounds. Had a look around the back of the park close to where Twiggy was last seen, but no luck I'm afraid. I did speak to some fellow dog-walkers, and handed out a few more flyers, and also popped into the boarding kennels across the lane but they didn't have any news at all. They did offer to display a larger poster in their reception area, so hopefully any dog owners dropping off or picking up their dogs will take time to look at it. The wooded area is very dense and difficult to get into, also difficult to see very much, but I understand from Twiggy's owner that there have been people in there looking. Sadly still no sightings, but people are still keeping theirs eyes peeled for her.

Kelli has now added Twiggy onto the Greyhound-Data database together with a link there to DogLost and stating she is missing: hopefully if she is passed to anyone in the racing world they will check there for her lineage and see straight off she's missing and needs to go home

I have been in touch with the English Stud Book and Twiggy's racing name is Salacres Twiggy, and she was born 23rd Dec. 2003. The lady I spoke to now has both Chris's and my telephone numbers so that if anyone contacts her to say that they have found Twiggy, or to enquire about her tattoo, then they will know to contact one of us.

I've not added that tattoo to her details here, in case it's not quite right. If it transpires it is, Kelli, could you please message admin here to ask them to add it to the "Tattoo" detail so hopefully it will show on posters?

Am told by owner her ear tattoo is (EDIT). I've had a look on Greyhound-data and that's not coming up with any dog. I don't know her racing name but someone may try and obtain that info from owner tomorrow and get in touch with you Kelli. Sorry couldn't get back sooner, was working real late and no passwords to log in anywhere! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~HAVE MOVED INFO to deatils box

Spent some time at Rushcliffe Park this afternoon as there was a dog show on: gave out some flyers with Twiggy's details on so some of those will hopefully move around the area, in case she's been taken to another area. Put some more posters up. Off on holiday this week tho, so nothing much else I'll be able to do. They could do with some help covering refuge depots for information, some of the less obvious kennels she may end up at - they're visiting the RSPCA butI think there are others in North Leicestershire South Notts areas. Help getting posters to vets, etc, too if possible, I guess. At the moment this couple are trying to do most of it on their own, and with little internet access. Not a single sighting of her so far.

I Angus, and thanks: I'm guessing you've emailed the owners the pictures, as I put their email on the dog lost registration form, as I've done it on their behalf as they're not able to gain access to dog lost on their computer, and are struggling in any event with PC based things

Thanks for uploading Twiggy to site - I have compared the pictures Chris and think that the white on the chect is different although otherwise very similar - I have forwarded the pictures for you to compare to the email address registered on site.

This dog was let off lead just inside the park as usual and ran off into a small wooded area, again as usual. But failed to reappear. Owners have searched, no sightings so far. They have done some posters though without photo.
