Email and lovely reunited photo received: Hi Jan, Please find attached pics of me and my girl Winnie back together. Thanks so much for the phone call and advice. After this weekend my faith in human nature has been restored. We've also donated to the dogslost (through paypal). Keep up the good work and, once again, thank you so much. Cheryl and Mark. PS. I will also keep my eye on the website and hopefully we can help someone else to have our happy ending....... THANK YOU so much Cheryl & Mark for the lovely reunited photo and the kind donation to doglost, which is greatly appreciated, great you are also going to stay on DL as a helper. Lots of hugs and kisses to Winnie from everyone from DL. Jan x

Brilliant news Winnie is HOME and POSTERS worked their magic once again. Her finder who lives in the Pendlebury area was visiting and found Winnie on Friday evening, they looked after her and seen a poster which family had put up and contacted them today. Family are over the moon to get her back, they will be getting her CHIPPED a.s.a.p. I've given advice on places to go and also on TATTOO's. A big THANK YOU to her finder and well done to her family for doing all the right things and getting them posters out quickly and going further afield, your hard work has paid off. Welcome home Winnie and into the BLUE you go. Jan x

Hi , I’m sorry to hear Winie is missing. Someone will try and make personal contact with you as soon as possible, to offer advice and help. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. Please email admin@doglost.co.uk with a photo of your dog quoting the dog’s Doglost ID number, or upload a photo yourself on “update details” above. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, e.g.sightings, re-united etc. by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. You can only print posters when you are signed in. Start postering now! I CANNOT EMPHASISE HOW VERY IMPORTANT THIS IS. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days, so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description.
