I'm not at all sure about this, I've just spent half an hour trying to make my mind up, so just in case, there is a dog called Jimmy up for re-homing at Worcester Animal Rescue, http://www.wars.org.uk/bjimmy.html who looks similar to Zulu - got to be worth a look?
Viv
thinking of you and Zulu and hope this might help in his return. x

Bumping Zulu as he has been missing a year now, owners still checking any possible matches for him so maybe seeing him at the top will bring fresh news.
Woopy
Member of the public very kindly called police about a brindled Lurcher in Worgret...owner called straight away and checked out..not Zulu, sadly. However - many thanks for your help.

I have bumped Zulu again due to sightings of a lurcher running loose on the Trigon Estate near Wareham. Owners will be postering the area now.

Zulu was featured in yesterday's Dorset Echo so I have now bumped his page. Somebody must know what has happened to him, they just need to share that information with his owner or Doglost.

Thank you Debz, Zulu could be anywhere by now so the further afield his details are spread the better

I've put on my facebook page to ask any Obedience folk going to the weekend show at Winchester/Eastleigh to keep a look out for him.

Zulu has now been crossposted to Lurcherlink, The Hunting Life, Stray dog sanctuary (Dorset) and GALR. Police checked new lurchers at one local site but sadly not him.

Confirmed by Zulu's owner that the dog reported washed up was NOT Zulu so the search is back on again. I have given the owner advice and will email fliers ASAP. We still do not know any more about the one which was washed up (poor soul)other than it was brown and appeared to have been there for a while but will try to find out more.
Woopy
We believe a dog was washed up but was there two days BEFORE Zulu was lost. However, if this can be verified one way or the other it would be incredibly helpful, thank you.

I have left a message for the owners to call me or Doglost I am sorry to report that the body of a dog has been found on the river bank but we are waiting for confirmation as to whether this could be Zulu. Untill we know please do not poster for him.

I will put a poster up of Zulu in my training classes this evening, we have many clients who live and walk around the area that Zulu went missing. I will also place it up as a news item on our site. Wishing you all the luck in your search for Zulu, I will be in touch if we have any info. Jo Tricks 4 Treats
