- Looking at the photo, Mia is slightly hound-like or even large terrier in appearance so it's probably worth letting the pounds, rescues and vets know this in case they say they don't have her because they don't instantly recognise her as an Akita cross.

- Sorry to see your girl is missing, we will try and contact you a.s.a.p. Can you upload a photo or email to admin@doglost.co.uk QUOTE ID24021). We will do all we can to help you in your search. You need to POSTER, POSTER, POSTER the area as much as possible, we cannot emphasise enough the importance of postering. Posters can be printed by selecting View Poster. Contact DW’s, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo). Great she is Chipped if not already contact the Chip Co and report her missing and check your details are up to date. She may end up in kennels, dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone. Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW’s etc and if you have started postering. You can leave a comment by selecting Add a Comment below other comments. Good luck and hope she is found soon. Jan x
