Thanks Hazel x. I have now spoken to Angus's owner and both her and Jo (Oakey's owner) are doing everything possible to find their dogs. There have been more alerts on the radio just to remind people that these 2 are still missing. Posters are up in the area and they are now concentrating further a field, everybody who they speak to have heard about Angus and Oakey so the word is spreading. Stay safe you two until you are found xxx

Hi, I’m sorry to hear Angus is missing. Someone will try to make personal contact with you as soon as possible, to offer advice and help. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, e.g.sightings, re-united etc. by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. You can only print posters when you are signed in. Start postering now! I CANNOT EMPHASISE HOW VERY IMPORTANT THIS IS. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days if it has no identification (microchip or ID disk attached), so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog, give them a poster and keep in touch with them every few days.. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description.
