Thanks for the update Karen - whata worry that people still think its ok to let the dog walk itself with so many opportunist's theives around who may have not handed him into the vets.

Have just found out that the owners went to collect the dog yesterday from the vets looking after it. Just a shame that they were so ungrateful and apparently told the veterinary nurse who handed him over that in future they would put a notice on him saying 'out for a morning walk'. Yep, they they let him out for a walk on his own!!!!!!!
