- Welcome home sweetheart. Dont quite understand why she's now called 'Nessie'.

- I just rang the owners to double check whether the girl I have was their Jess and they told me she had been found now, so it definitely isn't. Good news for Jess!

- Can you ask the owners if she has any distinctive marks/ signs of old injury? Or anything unusual about the way she moves?I really don't think Jess is the girl I'm fostering for St Helens DW but would like to double check. Does she answer to her name as the girl I have here doesn't answer to 'Jess' at all - I've tried loads of times. It's unfortunate (and surely unusual) that they don't have a photo.

- Sorry to see Jess is missing. Thank you for registering with doglost. Can you please send a photo to admin@doglost.co.uk as soon as possible. If not already done so you need to contact Dog wardens, Rescues and Vets. Please try and personally visit Rescue Centres wherever possible. It is not always a good idea to rely solely on telephone calls. Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days so this is extremely important. It is also very important that you poster heavily. If at all possible please keep us updated with regards to who you have contacted and the areas in which you have postered etc. This can be done by using the + Add a comment feature. Good luck. Hope Jess is safely home soon
