Owner said Gucci has a visible ridge so unlikely the found dog is him. They do look very similar though. Gucci's been missing a while now, thanks for still looking out for him.

2 male RRs found recently - 27358 and 27386. First described as Older Adult and second as Young Adult, no ridge, liver nose. Neither microchipped but but I know from a friend's experience that a scanner can be faulty - and, apparently, the chip can "migrate"!
I know the areas are miles apart but after all this length of time thought it might be worth a look. Rang Gucci's owner re above - voicemail - left message.

Has there been any sightings of Gucci?? we have lost ours too. He has been gone 4 weeks now. He is on the second page of dogs lost - Kito. Did Gucci just go missing? Kito just dissapeared from our farm. Its very unlike him. I hope you have some luck at the Marina. Jenny x

I am about 85% sure that this dog was at Beeston Marian, I was talking on the phone Thursday about 3pm and saw a dog looking like this outside my home at Marina, I went out to try and catch it and it ran off and I heard some shouting come here so thought it was there dog, sorry but I would look around the Beeston Rylands and Marina also go down tow path to Attenbourough nature reserve good luck

I've emailed the poster to all friends and other contacts in the area, plus texted those for whom I have no email address; these include our farrier, two mobile gardeners and a mobile hairdresser! Have also printed out poster to take to stables tomorrow, and other venues - shops, pubs, garages, etc. Will confirm where if necessary, so we don't overlap. Hope Gucci is soon re-united with his owners - don't give up hope, sometimes it takes a while.

Sorry to see Gucci is missing. Can you please send a photo to admin@doglost.co.uk as soon as possible. If not already done so you need to contact Dog wardens, Rescues and Vets. Please try and personally visit Rescue Centres wherever possible. It is not always a good idea to rely solely on telephone calls. Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days so this is extremely important. It is also very important that you poster heavily. If at all possible please keep us updated with regards to who you have contacted and the areas in which you have postered etc. This can be done by using the + Add a comment feature. Good luck. Hope Gucci is safely home soon
