- I am absolutly gutted for the carers and the family coming home today - what a terrible shame for everyone - carers have done everything they could have to find dear Bruno and this outcome seems so cruel, Rest in peace dear Bruno & thoughts are with your family today. - I would like to thank everyone on here so much for their help, but unfortunately Bruno was found run over on the M1 motorway, just a little way from where he was originally lost. Thanks again, I will be making a donation and will definately recommend this site to all my freinds.

- I have spoken with carer who is looking after Bruno whilst his owners are on holiday - Bruno was spooked on a walk by a motorbike that came very close - he managed to slip his collar and has run off scared - carer has done a great job in notifing all the right authorities and the chip company - I have added a similar picture for the posters - he is a short coated white and tan - he has an all tan head with tan makings near his neck the rest of his body is white. There were some sightings called in near Hanslope towards the Salcey Forest & then back towards the Newport Road - I have asked carer to mark these on a map and we will look for any hidey holes on google earth. Bumped for email alerts to go out

- Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. Please email admin@doglost.co.uk with a photo of your dog quoting the dog’s Doglost ID number, or upload a photo yourself on “update details” above. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, e.g.sightings, re-united etc. by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. You can only print posters when you are signed in. Start postering now! THIS IS SO VERY IMPORTANT. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days if it has no identification (microchip or ID disk attached), so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description.
