- Had a lovely email this morning from Louis' owners, to wish us all a Merry Christmas and say thanks once again. His "mum" is much better.

- I had this lovely email from Louis' owners last night. As you can see the stress of Louis' disappearance took it's toll. How on earth he got to where he was found safely is a miracle, it's a long way and he probably crossed several roads. "First opportuny I had tonight to let you know we had an unexpected stroke of luck. A phone call from James Fisher of Holme Park Farm in Sonning appx. 5.00 pm yesterday changed our lives. We were reunited with Louis. He is in amazing good shape albeit famished and very thirsty. Now a very happy little dog thanks to a lot of dedicated people who all searched for him relentlessly. Unfortunately on the way back home my wife suffered a mild heart attack all due mainly to stress to add on to her existing health problems. I had to call the paramedics whilst driving who met us half way before ariiving home. She was taken to RBH and am pleased to say she is doing well. Thanks very much for what you are doing so please notify all concerned that the search is over as FOUND."

- Admin - have just emailed photo for poster, along with owner contact number. Please say Louis is very nervous, should be approached gently and not chased.

- Louis was wearing a "camouflage" patterned collar with a tag saying "Luke" (one of their other dogs). He is not chipped. He has large, floppy ears for a Yorkie and is silver/tan with a bit of black on his back. Wardens/vets and rescues are being notified. There are a few posters up in the immediate vicinity but will need help to spread the word when DL poster is available.Last edited: 2010-09-28 15:13:01 by Spancoluki

- Admin, please note that the area is RG5, not RG10. Louis went missing on Weds 22nd at main Dinton Pastures and they came close to him the following day. He was sighted on Sunday 26th on the Bader Way/Colemansmoor side of Dinton. This is behind where I live and I have been looking for him this lunchtime. Have just spoken to owners. Louis is very nervous and would need to be gently coaxed. He does not often leave their large garden and would be unfamiliar with the area. Photo is hopefully on it's way, along with contact number for the owners. I will email when I get it.

- Louis has been seen a few times. He is staying in the same area but is very scared and not at all interested in food. Owner isn't very well and could do with some help if anyone is able to assist. Mandy
