- Just a quick update six weeks after little Oscar was safely found. He's now made a full recovery, he's back to normal weight and he's a very happy and settled little boy again. Thank you to everyone who searched for him, contacted us and cared he was lost, we are very grateful to you all for this happy outcome and so is little Oscar.

- Just spoken to Ocar's owner, he is safe and well although very thin. Found in the same area as he slipped his collar and ran ran from when spooked by other dogs. I will let his owner add any more details, welcome back little Oscar. X

- Sorry to see Oscar is missing. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. Please email admin@doglost.co.uk with a photo of your dog quoting the dog’s Doglost ID number, or upload a photo yourself on “update details” above. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. POSTERS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Start postering now!. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days, so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog & give them a poster. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description
