Just called Ian and spoke. He said he hasn't found Floyd yet so I gave him details of where I saw the dog and description of the woman that was "trying" to catch him after he ran off (someone else walking 2 dogs had to grab his collar and put him on his lead!). Hope you get some joy Ian!

Was this dog ever found? I did offer help to search but didn't hear back from the owner. It's just I've just seen a dog very similar to him just up the road to me (less than half a mile from his owner's house). Will call owners in a bit.

Still no news on this little pup. He has had media coversge in the Somerset Gazette, and will hopefully be going in the WDP. Owners are working very hard, to get Floyd back, have been searching all the papers and web sites were dogs change handsLets hope their hard work pays off and he is home soon

I've contacted Bath Veterinary Group and they haven't had anyone hand Floyd in, but they've taken down the details and my contact number which will go on their database in case anyone hands him in (that covers Bath & Peasdown). Have just been in contact with owner. He was taken from a secure garden when owners were in. :-( Have just been out for 10 mins quickly (can't do anymore at the moment as my twins are with me) but suggest the owner poster around all the schools, in North Road (as that's a busy road), put a notice in Pampurred Pets and Tesco too - as the only poster I saw on my drive around was the one in Redfield Road. Have also just called Mendip Council who has sent an e-mail to the Mendip dog warden (which covers Wells area etc) who is going to contact me in the morning. I've just seen a poster on a lampost outside my house for this dog. I'm trying to remember the name of the animal shelter where the North Somerset dog warden took a dog which I found in Wells a few months back as I will contact them (when I remember!) Do you know the exact area where he went missing? Sam xLast edited: 2010-09-30 17:08:08 by Sam U

Floyd is only 16 weeks old and tiny, he went missing from owners property on Sun 26th Sept. Owners have been very busy contacting police, dws vets and rescur centres in a 30 mile radious. They have started postering and floyd is going in the local papers. They are sending me a picture, when Im back at lucnchtime, I will put on. Have given them advice.
