- Advice for the owner, Broxtowe council borders your area we have not received your lost dog report please call us on 0115 91777777 so we can add your details on our system. I would also suggest you contact all the other bordering councils they are Ashfield, Gedling Rushcliffe and Erewash. its looking like your dog may have been stolen so place posters in all your local parks, etc also put the information on your local radio station for any sightings of her. i will place posters in my area for you.

- I don't have many contacts in this postcode, but have emailed poster to my computer supplier who is in NG6 and has agreed to display it. Will also put it up at our stable yard - bit of a long shot but worth a try in view of number of people there (proprietors and other liveries) and visitors (inc vets, farriers, etc.). Will try to find some other places in more immediate area to display poster. Good luck Lexxy.

- Shauna,I have emailed advice to you.Sorry to see Lexxy is missing. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. Please email admin@doglost.co.uk with a photo of your dog quoting the dog’s Doglost ID number, or upload a photo yourself on “update details” above. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. POSTERS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Start postering now!. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days, so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog & give them a poster. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description
