- I have called several times now and no answer all though phone is now switched on, O/H said owner did call me back this am but I was at work, I have also emailed owner and left my mobile number with her. Owner if you are not able to pick up your calls then I would suggest you leave a Land Line number or I will assume you do not want our assistance, HOWEVER : I have had a report about another possible theft in your area " there were a number of attempts to lure a Blue Stafford out of it's garden in Everleigh on the 13th & 14th September. That is close to the area this dog has gone missing from. On both occasions two men in a small white van were seen. One was trying to encourage the dog through the garden gate and the other was waiting in the drivers seat in the van with the back doors open. On both occasions the dog barking alerted the owners and the van drove off. I believe the owner reported both incidents to the police. It's just a bit strange that it happened so close to where this chap has gone missing, probably 2-3 miles." PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THIS VAN AND ARCHIE PLEASE GODD LUCK xxx

- Sorry to see Archie is missing. Thank you for registering with doglost.. If not already done so you need to contact Dog wardens, Rescues and Vets. Please try and personally visit Rescue Centres wherever possible. It is not always a good idea to rely solely on telephone calls. Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days so this is extremely important. It is also very important that you poster heavily. If at all possible please keep us updated with regards to who you have contacted and the areas in which you have postered etc. This can be done by using the + Add a comment feature. Good luck. Hope Archie is safely home soon
