Smaller posters & flyers done and emailed to owner. I hope that someone has taken little Archie in and will call once the posters go up in the area. x

I've spoken to owner at length now and given advice and local places to contact including the Out of Hours AW who take over from the DW of an evening and weekend. Updated the details to show up on the DL poster. Further info/advice and also scenting instructions sent in case required. The area he has gone missing is surrounded by open fields and farmland. I'll try and do various size posters but I'm out until later this evening and away for the weekend. Fingers crossed he has been picked up and once the posters start getting circulated and places contacted owners will get the news they are waiting for. Jan x

Thanks CJ and tazmo007. goldenfrodo thanks for the email alert, I've not long logged on, but did get your email while out and briefly contacted owner, they have been into Halewood RSPCA and checked if Archie is there and also contacted the DW. I've also spoken to the RSPCA myself and the found Yorkie L20 was claimed and has now gone home. I've also checked with Halton Council and there has been no reported RTA's. I'll contact Archie's owner again now that I can speak to them properly. Jan x

Archie is a yorkie cross and has quite long legs. although 11 he looks and acts around 5 or 6years. Owners will send a photo as soon as possible and then start to poster. i suggested they take ther other dog and use te route they would normally walk and scent the areas as a blind dog wold use smell as a way of finding home. Dog warden has been notified. Lets home this fewllow i ound soon. CJ
