- Gipsy is home !!! Just had call from her owner .... they have been talking to dogwalkers and posting flyers/posters and got a call from this. She has been well looked after. Thank you to the finders for taking care of her and contacting owners. Owners are delighted and very relieved she is home -- they have done lots of postering and it paid off.
Welcome home little one . She will be hopefully getting a chip too.

- I have spoken with Gipsys owner as she rang me re the found dog posted around Serpentine Lake. Gipsy appears to have escaped when the door was open and owners immediately went looking for her. They tried to register with out of hours dog warden but told to ring back Monday. Battersea Dogs home have been rung and I have advised they really do need to check in person due to descriptions possibly being misinterpreted over the phone and to take a poster in.Owners are currently out postering in the area.
she was spotted yesterday by a dog walker on the opposite side of a footbridge to where she lives ( which goes over the A40). Have advised to get lots of posters up around the area in case she has been taken in by someone locally and put through vets letterboxes. They will contact the bordering dog wardens when open Monday and get posters into boarding kennels/dog groomers in the area also.
Keeping my fingers crossed this girl is found quickly and back home safe & sound.
