- I have just managed to speak to Lulu's owner... i have informed her about found dog 26338 and gave her the contact number for the finder's.. Lulu's owner is going to contact the finder now as she agreed that the pic looks a lot like Lulu. Everything crossed that this found dog is Lulu.. Adele xx
