Thank you all very much for all your support, it helped through such a terrible time of uncertainty. We collected Tushka this morning and have taken her to Willow Haven. We know that she is in safe hands now. Thank you too an incredible community that we live in, everyone took looking for her so personally and my sincerest gratitude to the whole of the community.Rita and Aldo

Very sad to have to report that Tushkas body has been found in a deep ditch not far from where she first went missing - owners are devastated at her loss.
Rest in peace sweet Tushka

we don't know yet if this is Tushka but need to flood the area in case it is her - I am not aware of any other dogs missing in this area that match her description apart from Bosley from Caddington

We had a call today to say from Brian at Bury End that on 3 November Wednesday small white dog was seen at Water End Barns (Old Water End) (the road that travels from woburn deer park through to steppingley/flitwick, just before the right turn to tingrith/ )where a number of cars had to avoid a dog that was lost. A motorist stopped in the queue and picked up the dog and drove away. Please any help if this was seen by anyone else - what time and what the colour of the car anything would help!! Going to the pub at Eversholt to see if any one knows the gentleman Alan who saw this happen.

We have now completed a 5 mile radius from the house with scenting. We have been out every day and night in the heath and woodlands. We have walked , rode and driven upto 8 miles This is extensively used by hunters, walkers and horse riders. We have been assisted by so many people locally it really has been heartbreaking. There has not been a single sighting. We are going to formally log this with Ampthill Police this morning, because we are becoming quite concerned that she waspicked up.

Tushkas owners were out most of the night trying to track a bark with their other dogs - other dogs were locked on the bark and returning the call but we had very high winds last night which was making it very difficult for the dogs to pin point an area - they are going back out again today

spoken with owners - Tushka escaped when workmen failed to close one of the gates - the workmen gave chase as she escaped and she bolted into the fields which then run into woodland - owners were not notified until she had been missing for a while and by that time she had vanished - I have advised on scenting and calling local wardens - will send owners information via email
