- Other Info Amber was being walked on the Waskerley Way cycle route between Hawkshead and Parkhead Station. A cyclist hit her and she ran off terrified. The owners called for her but she kept running. Despite searching for several hours we have been unable to find her. Amber lives in Consett although she was running in the opposite direction after being hit by the bike. She has one blue and one brown eye.

- Great news!! Amber has just been found!! Owner has just text to say they are on there way back home now. Staff at a tea room on the cycle route near Consett had found her under a trailer this morning. To begin with Amber would not come out but eventually was coaxed out. She is very dirty but appears otherwise well. Thank you to everyone who helped

- I have text the owner this morning and Amber is still missing. There have been no sightings of her. There are lots of people out looking so we are keeping our fingers crossed.

- owners went back out looking at 1am this morning and stayed out until torch batteries lsot their charge. No signs of her
