- I'm so pleased to hear that Titan has been found. And, once again, THANK YOU BATTERSEA for looking after this little lad and reuniting him with his family. If not done so already, could this very precious boy have a chip AND an ID tag on his collar as a welcome home present?! An ID tag is actually a legal requirement and should show your surname (not the dogs name), your house/flat number, postal code and preferably 2 telephone contact numbers.Last edited: 2010-11-16 21:53:30 by Millys Mum

- I see from above that the puppy is not microchipped! It's so important to microchip as soon as possible.

- Thanks PAW, Jayne & Spindle! I have also sent Titan's owner an email emphasising that, amongst other suggestions, contacting Battersea is a MUST but haven't received a reply so far. Hope it won't be long until this little lad is home but, in the meantime, you must POSTER LIKE MAD!!!

- Oh dear, how awful - we're so sorry to see Titan is missing.
Please inform the microchip company that he is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up-to-date.
If you have not already done so contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres.
Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your doglost poster. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right.
You can add comments and update the dog’s status, by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page.
You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. POSTERS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Start postering now!
If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, they can be re-homed legally, after 7 days, so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog & give them a poster. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description.
Please keep us updated by keeping your dogs page up to date and check for posts from helpers that may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings.
