Have just had a text from the owner and there is no news yet unfortunately. I've been today and put up posters in all the pet shops in Keighley, Morrisons, the market and a couple of newsagents local to Cliffe Castle. Also the cafe in the park. Have given leaflets to the ranger, two PSCO's, workmen at the Castle and some dog walkers. Unfortunately there were not many walkers out as the weather is really bad. The Castle is currently shut because the lead from the roof has been stolen so couldn't put up posters there. Managed to get a poster in the gatehouse to one of the entrances but there was no where else to put them up. The couple of people with missing dogs in Bradford area (both dogs now home) have been contacted by the council regarding postering on telegraph and lamposts and have been threatened with prosecution, so it's been hard to find places to poster in the park itself.

Text sent for update. There has been no news at all about this little fella. Have advised owner to widen the search area, put on twitter, FB and local radio.Last edited: 2010-11-11 17:51:54 by AlisonH

Have just spoken to owner -- Scooby was with owners ex-partner when he went missing on a walk after being spooked by another dog. Unfortunately she has only just been informed and has now registered on DL. I've advised that lots of posters need putting up asap in the area in case someone has seen him or even taken him, and am emailing the contact details for dog wardens and their kennels to check. Hope we can find this little fellow Last edited: 2010-11-08 20:33:06 by Furlover - Area Co-ordinator, West Yorkshire
