- Hi, I am the owner of Teddy the missing bichon cross. Although I knew this wasn't Teddy and unless his ears had shrunk, because he had a blue collar on and was microchipped I contacted the kennels. They said someone had already claimed him,so i presume they gave the correct micro chip number. But please keep your eyes open for my dog as he hasn't been returned to me.
